Nagarkot, famous hill station near from Kathmandu, boasts the best panorama of the central Himalayas. One can see the beautiful stretch of central Himalayas: Manaslu Range, Ganesh Himal Range, Langtang, Jugal and Rolwaling Range.

Majestic mountains, countryside villages, terraced farmlands and scenic landscapes are the views that you will see on your mountain biking ride from Nagarkot to Changu Narayan Temple. Changu Narayan Temple is the oldest temple, UNESCO World Heritage Site and is well known for its masterpiece woodcarving and stone carving. Despite its historic and artistic importance, It’s a very quiet temple and draws quite a few tourists. You can stopby here for your lunch and then from here, ride to bhaktapur which is a good ride back to Kathmandu (6km).
